Eviosys will transition to the Sonoco brand and will operate under its consumer packaging segment. The business will continue to be led by Tomás López, CEO of Eviosys.

Eviosys supplies metal packaging globally, including food cans, ends, aerosol cans, metal closures and promotional packaging for numerous consumer brands.
The company employs 6,300 employees across 44 manufacturing facilities in 17 countries. It generated £1.99 billion (€2.41 billion) in revenue in 2023.
Sonoco has 22,000 employees working across 300 operations across the world. It generated approximately £8.62 billion ($6.8 billion) in revenue in 2023.
