On the board supporting him will be Marc Bolland (chair), Marina Nitsa Viergutz (director), Alexander Maddan (director) and Chris Chambers (director). At the same time as Hunter, Michael Kuessner will be stepping down from the board.
‘New chapter’
Hunter said: “It has been a privilege to grow and lead the BioteCH4 business over the last 14 years, and I am proud of the company that we are today. I wish Christer and all my colleagues the very best in this new chapter and look forwards to seeing BioteCH4 continue to be a leader in the market.”
Stoyell said: “I am delighted to join BioteCH4 at such an exciting time for the business and look forward to working together with the board to deliver the next stage of growth and development for the company. There are huge upcoming opportunities in the food waste recycling industry, with separated food waste recycling becoming mandatory in April 2026, and I am motivated to work alongside the board to ensure that BioteCH4 are at the forefront of market expansion in our sector.”
